REF: Kistrech Poetry Festival in Kenya
We held and hosted Kistrech Poetry Festival in Kenya 2013 on 1st to 5th of August.
The poets who participated include Professor Arif Khudairi of Cairo University, Professor Sukrita Paul Kumar of Delhi University, Professor Hantrakool Pornpen of Thailand University, Professor Malashri Lal of Delhi University, Professor Lauri Garcia Duenas of Mexico University and Professor Jasonas Stavarakis from Cypress. Others were Sarah Poisson and Vytauats Suscivius from Lithuania. From Africa we had Vokwana Asanda of South Africa, Tendai Maduwa of Zimbabwe and Onarinde Fiyinfoluwa of Nigeria. The poets read their poetry and presented papers. They also visited schools, villages, Lake Victoria and the National Parks to see the animals. If you are interested in participating in the 2014 edition, kindly fill in the application form on www.festival.kistrech.org.

- 4th Tinos International Literary Festival
The 4th Tinos International Literary Festival will take place on the island of Tinos on July 24 - 26 2014.
The audience will have the chance to discover the work of 20 writers and poets from China, USA, Mexico, Israel, Denmark, Croatia, Albania, Kurdistan, and, of course, Cyprus and Greece. The texts will be available in Greek and English translations. Local musicians and dancers will present traditional songs and dances, making the festival more than just a literary event.
The events will take place in Hora (Tinos Cultural Foundation), Dyo Horia and Pyrgos. The organizers of the festival are the Tinos Municipality, the Panhellenic Holly Foundation of Evangelistria of Tinos and the Tinos Cultural Foundation.
