As President of Night Kitchen Media, Matthew oversees business development and acts as lead interactive designer. Matthew received his degree in film from Vassar College and spent four years in the recording and film industry. In 1994, he began consulting in interactive design and development for leading multimedia firms. In 1997, Matthew co-founded the interactive design firm Night Kitchen Media, where he has developed on-line educational and training applications for such clients as the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the National Constitution Center and the Academy of Natural Sciences, as well as published educational CD-ROMs such as Explore Kilauea Volcano - Living Land of Hawaii and The Amistad Incident. Matthew is on the Board of Directors for The Philadelphia Area New Media Association (PANMA), and advisory boards for both the Art Institute of Philadelphia and the University of the Arts. He teaches Digital Narrative in the Industrial Design department at the University of the Arts.
Matthew will teach Easy to Use, Inexpensive On-line Presentation Tools for Museum Educators (and others on a budget).

Dan is an award-winning designer who brings over ten years of experience to Night Kitchen Media. He is responsible for the overall creative direction of each project and works closely with clients to develop compelling visual messages. Prior to co-founding Night Kitchen Media, he spent eight years as a designer at Thomas Jefferson University, where his work was recognized with a number of institutional awards. He has worked on acclaimed film projects such as The Sixth Sense and received the Philly Gold Award for Best of Interactive for The Splendor of 18th-Century Rome, an interactive kiosk and Web application developed for the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Dan received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in painting from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia.

Juan Leon has developed innovative, award-winning courses at Harvard, the University of Michigan (where he taught in the American Studies Program), and Kyoto University, Japan. Since 1997 he has specialized in designing technology enhanced instructional systems. He pioneered web-based, multimedia education at the Institute of Environmental Studies, Kyoto University, and he has developed both CD-ROM and web-based courses for clients in numerous industries, among them museums, telecommunications, and healthcare. Juan speaks frequently on e-Learning and has published widely on instructional technology and related issues. He holds a Ph.D. in English from Harvard University.
