3rd Mural by Blind Boys
20 boys of the narendrapur ramakrishna mission, BLIND BOYS ACADEMY have done a painting of
12 x 26 feet size as picasso's guernica size for peace.
All the children are blind.
This year they used colour origami of more than 6000. They pasted them on a black canvas. The theme is climate change.
They prepared the origami for the last six month and then on 3rd, 4th and 5th January 2011, that is over three days they worked hard in a continuous way.
They completed a fantastic peace mural painting.
There was Prof. Toshifumi Abe from Japan, a famous art historian and Prof. Haraguchi also from Japan and specialised in handicuf education.
