His summary had one clear message: the Cultural Forum was meant to familiarize all those active in the cultural sector with the new proposals by the European Commission as to the future cultural program. It is a proposal. The hard days of negotiation are ahead.

Evaluation, Comments and Criticism

A first evaluation was given by Peter Inkei who had drafted as well the questionnaire to find out expectations of those who had registered to participate. He made immediately after the Cultural Forum had taken place a first evaluation.
