2005
- Youth Festival in Torino co-organised by PEACE WAVES together with Poiein kai Prattein and first contact was made by Thomas Economacos and Hatto Fischer with Kids' Guernica and especially with Jad Salman as one of the participating youth painting one peace mural
- Painting of the Mural of Poiein kai Prattein: "War is Over" with Thomas Economacos, Maria Capari, her daughter Stella and Hatto Fischer along with other children
- Participation in 10th festival of Kids' Guernica in Ubud, Bali with Poiein kai Prattein represented by Thomas Economacos and Maya Fischer

- Action in Izmir, Turkey in September leading to the The Izmir-Chios mural mural which is exemplatory for 'intercultural dialogue'. The action was made possible by Deniz Hasirci, Thomas Economacos and Hatto Fischer together with the Community of Chios, the Izmir University of Economy and the Takev school in Izmir.

In 2007 Asit Poddar started a peace mural being painted by the blind boys at the Blind Boys Academy in Kolkota, India. The first mural was shown first in Chios, and then in Athens in 2007. Of interest is the question the blind boys keep asking: "when there is war, why is always religion involved?"
As for peace Efforts in Middle East, the unresolved Palestine-Israel question has preturbed everyone for too long by now. It seems impossible to contribute in a way which avoids the usual misunderstandings e.g. criticism of Israel often taken as sign of anti-Semitism or siding with the Palestinian cause as being really for violence and terrorism. Crucial is here something which Jad Salman expresses best as artist: important is to respond first of all as human being and only then as Palestinian.
2008
- Efforts were made to sustain actions especially in Belfast, Northern Ireland
- Poiein kai Prattein supported three students by giving them some training over a period of one month in Athens prior to them going to work in a summer camp for children with Arabic parents but holding Israeli citizenship in Haifa, Israel.
2009
- Recognition was given by the European Commission of Kids' Guernica as an innovative and creative project which has not been funded so far by the EU. - Kids' Guernica exhibition by Theatre de la Vallee in Ecouen by Paris, France was opened on May 7th in Ecouen with Gerold Schumann its initiator. While younger children painted a mural called "At the end of the tunnel there is light", the older ones a mural which depicts faces of nobel peace prize recipients.
- A second mural was done in Tripoli, Lebanon under the title "Together we see better - together we build a better society" with 40 children participating, twenty of them blind. It was a sort of a summer camp. Among other things the blind children learned for the first time how to use the white cane as part of survival skills.
- On 21st of Sept. there was a public showing of the Belfast mural painted according to the theme "Optimism of colours" due to the initiative of Bernard Conlon. Boris Tissot, Bizzet Sandrine and Hatto Fischer were present. It meant getting to know better how precarious is a peace process.
- Asit Poddari in India said he shall be doing a second peace mural after the last one by the Blind Boys at the Academy has proven to be such a strong encounter with other than visual references for our common knowledge about wishes for peace in the world.

- Action in Picasso's Atelier 2009 - the story of 2 murals in Picasso's atelier where GUERNICA was painted and which was coordinated by Boris Tissot and assisted by Jad Salman with Hatto Fischer and Anna Arvanitaki representing Poiein kai Prattein.

- Prof. Monique Kissel and five students who had participated in the Kids' Guernica workshop at Saint Denis University, Paris made an exhibition in the Municipal Hall of Vincennes, Paris with the official opening on 11.10.2010.
November
- Exhibition in Gent Nov. 10, 2010 to exhibit two murals: one painted by a group of children aged 8 to 10, and another mural painted by a youth group aged 15 to 17. This was part of an initiative by the police which wished to enter a dialogue with the youth about violence in cities. The action is linked to the fact that about four years ago work had started to research and to document as to what happened to the 200 children who were evacuated from Guernica in 1937, that is after the bombardment and taken to Gent for adoption. This included the father of Manuel Gonzales.

"The other: enemy or friend" - mural painted by the children and youth of the community of Gezoncourt after they had all visited the battle grounds of First World War and there discussed with a historian the reasons of this war.

Action by Candidate cities Wroclaw and San Sebastian for the title 'European Capital of Culture' for 2016
Both cities obtained the title but whether Kids' Guernica action shall be a part of the official program remains to be seen. Significant is that in Wroclaw a certain Richthoven designed the attack upon Guernica and San Sebastian lies but 50 Kms away from Gernica. The city wants to use culture to get away from terrorism and use of violence which has left just a 'blood bath' behind. For Wroclaw it is also of importance that Picasso attended a peace conference in that city in 1947. It was during that stay that he drew on a napkin his now famous pigeon which has become a symbol of peace all over the world.
coordinated by artist Beatriz Churrucu with Manual Gonzales visiting to tell the story of his father who was evacuated from Guernica in 1937. Upon hearing that story, the children confronted themselves with the question what would they do if they lost one day suddenly everything?

2015
Kids' Guernica – Guernica Youth meeting in Wroclaw, May 13 – 16, 2015 served the purpose to prepare the exhibition in Malbryzch to be held in June 2016 when Wroclaw shall be European Capital of Culture. Unfortunately the plan to hold this exhibition did not materialize.
